The hydraulic diaphragm pump was developed on the basis of the triplex reciprocating pump and diaphragm metering pump in the end of the 1990s, which is a horizontal single-acting piston reciprocating diaphragm pump. With the diaphragm which totally separates the pumped fluid from the piston cylinder parts, the pump is specially suitable for delivering high abrasive pulps for extended lifetime of wear-and tears parts such as piston sealing ring and cylinder bush, and the leaktight requirements can be met for handling inflammable, explosive or toxic fluid.  Offering capacities from 2 to 800m³/h and maximum working pressure up to 20 MPa, the pump is widely used for transferring hi-temperature, highly abrasive and corrosive ore or coal slurry, inflammable, explosive and / or toxic products such as liquid ammonia, liquefied gas, etc. in non-ferrous metal industry wet-process metallurgy, coal-chemical and petrochemical industries.
